Who we are

Locally rooted. Built to respond when communities need it most.

CEER is a youth-led humanitarian organisation serving conflict- and disaster-affected communities across Northeast Nigeria. Our teams combine local knowledge with accountable delivery to protect lives, restore livelihoods, and strengthen social cohesion.

We work in the languages and cultures of the communities we serve, building every programme with people—not simply for them.
